Braking

Progressive Braking Technology — made from 99% high-performance polymers. No structural steel, no paint, no corrosion.

Progressive Braking

A system that absorbs impacts instead of breaking

Progressive Braking (patent pending) is our impact-absorbing technology that replaces the rigidity of steel with the controlled flexibility of technical polymers. The result is a post that deforms upon impact and returns to its original shape, eliminating breakage, dents, and the need for repainting.

Impact resistance

Deforms, absorbs, and recovers its shape

Progressive-braking posts are made of technical PVC that absorbs impact energy rather than transmitting it to the base. Unlike steel barriers, they do not dent, do not lose functionality, and do not require replacement after a side impact.

This results in a drastic reduction in maintenance and replacement costs in high-traffic environments such as logistics warehouses, production plants, and loading areas.

Color integrated into the material

By eliminating structural steel, we also eliminate the need for paint. The color is integrated into the polymer itself during manufacturing, which means no chipping, no rust, and no periodic repainting.

Available in 4 standard colors: black, red, yellow, and white—all selected for their versatility in industrial and commercial environments.

Controlled retraction

Progressive braking system

The retraction mechanism incorporates progressive braking that prevents the belt from snapping back, thereby preventing injuries and extending the cassette’s service life. The belt retracts smoothly and in a controlled manner, even after a full 9-meter deployment.
